UV Adhesive Labelsg
UV adhesives the characteristics of strong peelability, good adhesion, outstanding weather resistance, high transparency and wide applicability. UV PSAs can replace more traditional pressure-sensitive adhesives for a variety of base materials. We can provide paper labels; high-end, clear filmic labels; or standard white labels.
Environmental Friendly
UV adhesives are a 100% solids, pressure sensitive adhesive technology and they contain zero solvents. The main benefits of these UV adhesives over solvent- based adhesives is VOC free and 100% solid content. UV adhesive labels are considered the best alternative to solvent adhesive labels.
Energy Saving
During the coating process, UV adhesives are heated to a temperature lower than that required for traditional hot melt adhesives. Compared with heat curing, UV light curing requires lower energy consumption. In the process of producing labels, the use of UV adhesive can reduce effectively carbon emissions.
Efficiency
The UV adhesive coating equipment adopts proven and reliable UV curing technology. The basic principle of UV curing is to have resin cured instantly under the exposure of UV light, and the curing process can be completed within a few milliseconds.
